“I cannot say enough about Karen and Phyllis. I will start off by saying they were always professional but yet approachable. Always made me feel like I was their only client, which is so far from the truth. They always made themselves available no matter what time of day or night. If for some reason they were on another call or on an appointment, I always received a text letting me know they would call me back and 100% of the time they would in a matter of a few minutes. One or both would call or text me regularly at night or first thing in the morning to make sure I was doing OK and would also check in with me throughout the day with any updates they may have or any questions I might have. They always kept me in the loop no matter what. I had met Karen first and thought and still do think she is amazing and can do it all. She is the super woman version of super man. Truly a remarkable woman. It wasn’t to long after I met Phyllis and yet another super woman. Individually, they are AMAZING but as a duo they cover all basis and then some. I truly believe there is nothing they can’t accomplish. I sold my house and moved from another state and that in itself made for a very stressful time. I had a very small time frame to find a place. They were able to find a lovely short term rental quickly. With my lease about to end, they found the perfect place for me to purchase. Though the process wasn’t without stress (no fault of theirs) I made it to closing and into my new place within 2 weeks of my rental ending. All during this time the “dynamic duo” worked days and into late at night to make this happen. Their knowledge, negotiating and follow-up along with their confidence level, was a constant reassurance for me that I was in good hands.
