Michael F. McDermott PA, (Mike McDermott ABR, GRI, SRS, SRES) at the Keyes Company has been a fixture in the Broward County Real Estate market since 2004. Primary areas of service include Cooper City, Coral Springs, Davie, Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Plantation, Sunrise, Southwest Ranches, Tamarac and Weston. Mike joined the Keyes Company after taking early retirement from the Xerox Corporation, where he spent over 13 years in sales and service. Mike  continually uses the knowledge, skills and abilities he acquired while with Xerox . He is detailed oriented, thorough, and works very hard to protect the best interests of his clients, whether buyers or sellers, to ensure that they have the best possible real estate experience. Michael F. McDermott, PA specializes in residential real estate. and is experienced in short sales, foreclosures and, of course, traditional home sales and he enjoys working with first time buyers. Mike has taken  on a new market focusing on the unique housing needs of the Senior Community. Mike has earned his Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation and continues to build a network of resources to assist the seniors with their housing options. These options range from selling or buying a home to transitioning to independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing care facilities. Mike has also earned the designation of Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist to better serve families after the loss of a loved one. Mike has been a Field Trainer with Keyes and has also participated in multiple affinity programs with Costco, Expert Realty, Cartus, and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World among others. He is a Past President of the Kiwanis Club of Miami and is a current active member of Riverside Church in N.Lauderdale FL., The Christian Business Mens' Connection (CBMC),  and Premier Networking Alliance (PNA). Mike is married, the father of 5 adult children and he has four grandchildren.
