Jose is a certified Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.  He is your Real Estate Subject Matter Expert.  He is also fully fluent in English and Spanish. Currently a member of NAR – National Association of REALTORS

Jose has an extensive knowledge and training in market research, customer prospecting, market analysis, lead generation, contract negotiations, marketing, military relocation (Permanent Change of Station), and coordination of transactions with other professionals, such as attorneys, mortgage lenders, and inspectors.  His strategy is to provide a thorough Cost Market Analysis, recommendation of price, and stellar customer service through every facet of the real estate process of selling or finding your home, with the ultimate goal of ensuring satisfied clients who become friends for life!

Prior to partnering with the Keyes Company, Jose served 30 years in the U.S. Army.  He led at the Platoon, Company and Battalion level in peace and war time in the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) at the tactical and operational level as well as the strategic level in embassies, major Commands and worked with other government organizations.  In the Army, failure was not an option, and that is the same approach he takes on in his Realty career.   He will make it his mission to sell your house and/or find you the home of your dreams.
